REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

At Limaxi Jewelers, all purchases are considered final sale.

Due to the nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Limited Exceptions (Case-by-Case Only)

We understand that issues can occasionally arise. While we do not accept returns, we may review specific situations on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Final Sale Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance:

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Made-to-order pieces

• Discounted or clearance items

• Gift cards

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos as proof

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement of the same item

• Store credit

No refunds will be issued.

5. Store Credit (If Approved)

If store credit is granted:

• It will be issued within 5–10 business days

• It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to approved cases, unless the issue was caused by us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

• Immediate restriction from future purchases

• Submission of all order evidence to the payment processor
